The Applied Mathematics Unit (UMA) carries out teaching and research missions at ENSTA in association with the CNRS, Inria and EDF R&D. The unit is involved in the ENSTA engineering program and the IP Paris masters programs. Research topics include modeling and numerical simulation, control and optimization, scientific computing, operational research and data science, partial differential equations and probability.
